Who Am I?
For me, photography has been more than a mere hobby, it has been a way of serving those around me, including friends and family.
With being born in Brazil and raised in Massachusetts, my family moved back and forth between both countries a few times, so I got to experience a myriad of different sceneries and environments.
As with many people, the beauty of nature caught my attention and admiration, however, it was only a few years ago, when I got my first camera, that I was able to capture the small but beautiful moments of life.
I used to bring my camera everywhere I went, taking pictures of everyone and everything. At first, these were for my personal amusement and enjoyment. However, as I got better at figuring out lighting, composition, and timing, soon I found myself being asked to share these pictures with other people.
Although not always in a professional capacity, over the last few years, I have been actively capturing moments with friends, family, acquaintances, and strangers alike. These often include church and community events, private parties, senior photos, youth camps, individual/family portraits, and proms, among other gatherings, public and private.
At this new stage of my photography journey, my goal is to take these talents up here in communities in Eastern Idaho, while balancing school life at BYU-Idaho and military life in the Idaho National Guard!
